Pink Mink Market, Inc. (“Pink Mink Market,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida corporation. By accessing our website, placing an order, or participating in a LIVE Sale, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Pink Mink Market offers hand-selected crystals, jewelry, gifts, accessories, apparel, and lifestyle products through our website, LIVE Sales, and social media platforms.

We may update, modify, limit, or discontinue products, services, prices, promotions, or website features at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old—or use our website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian—to place an order.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, colors, materials, and photographs accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and device settings.

Crystals, gemstones, handmade products, and other natural materials may vary in color, size, shape, texture, pattern, markings, and appearance. These natural variations make each item unique and are not considered defects.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, and verification.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other reasonable circumstances.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Processing times imposed by banks or payment providers are outside our control.

LIVE SALES

Pink Mink Market may offer merchandise through LIVE Sales on social media and other platforms.

During a LIVE Sale:

• Products may be limited and sell quickly.

• Items are generally offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Claiming procedures, payment deadlines, shipping information, and other instructions may be announced during the event.

• Prices and promotions announced during a LIVE Sale apply only for the period stated.

• A claim is not complete until payment has been received and confirmed.

Additional rules communicated during a LIVE Sale are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before submitting an order.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, emergencies, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided using the contact information associated with the order.

If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can work with the shipping carrier and help determine an appropriate resolution.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel good about your Pink Mink Market purchase. Eligible website purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.

• Original packaging, tags, accessories, and components must be included when applicable.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Nonreturnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Items purchased during a LIVE Sale

• Clearance or marked-down merchandise

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Gift cards

• Opened personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products

• Items specifically identified as final sale before purchase

Starting a Return

Before mailing anything back, contact us at justin@pinkminkmarket.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted. Return instructions will be provided after the request is reviewed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for ordinary return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective item sent by Pink Mink Market.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Pink Mink Market is not responsible for returned packages lost while being shipped back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the item and packaging.

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow approximately three to five business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to place the funds in your account.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Because many of our products are unique or limited in quantity, an identical replacement may not be available. When an exchange is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit when appropriate.

PRICING, COUPONS, AND PROMOTIONS

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time. Promotional offers may contain expiration dates, product exclusions, purchase requirements, or other limitations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined. We may cancel or correct orders affected by an obvious pricing, coupon, or website error.
